A: Yes. Vals IP68 underwater LED neon flex is designed for submerged pool applications up to 3m depth, including swimming pools, spas, fountains, plunge pools
and water features. It uses silicone injection sealed waterproof body and pool-resistant materials for long-term use in chlorinated and saltwater environments.
2) Q: Is your underwater LED neon flex chlorine resistant?
A: Yes. Vals pool-rated LED neon flex is engineered with chlorine-resistant and saltwater-resistant materials and also get GS certificated to help protect
the fixture in swimming pool and spa environments.
3) Q: What voltage is recommended for underwater pool neon lighting?
A: Low-voltage DC12V or DC24V systems are commonly used for underwater LED pool lighting. Vals can provide project-specific voltage, power supply
and control recommendations based on the pool design and installation requirements.
4) Q: Can Vals supply custom LED neon flex for fiberglass pool manufacturers?
A: Yes. Vals supports OEM and ODM customization for fiberglass pool manufacturers, prefab pool brands and pool builders,
including custom lengths, bending direction, cable exits, connectors, colors, controls and branded packaging.
5) Q: Is the product suitable for U.S. pool lighting projects?
A: Vals pool-rated products are UL certifcated and so we can support U.S. pool lighting projects with low-voltage configurations, UL/ETL evaluation support
and NEC Article 680 design considerations. Final installation should always be completed according
to local electrical codes and by qualified pool electrical professionals.
